President & CEO
Aram Arslanian is a coach, facilitator, and counsellor with over 19 years of experience supporting individuals and groups in their development. He has worked globally with leaders and their teams, from the C-suite to the front lines. His background in business and counselling makes him uniquely qualified to support professional development. In this regard, each of these areas informs his work with clients: He knows what it takes to lead, understands the human dynamics involved, and has the skills necessary to inspire through communication.
Vice President of Operations
Jeri Tordoff is the Vice President of Operations for Cadence. She possesses a keen attention to detail and prides herself on her excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. With over 15 years of administrative and managerial experience, Jeri’s expertise in client liaisons, scheduling, correspondence and project coordination is instrumental in building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients.
Creative Content Manager
Tami Levy is the Creative Content Manager. She’s a super multitasker with a creative eye for detail and design, thriving on developing and cultivating a strong and uniform aesthetic. She has extensive experience in Client Relations and Project Management, with a proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships. Tami possesses Brand Management and Development skills, as well as day-to-day scheduling and administrative skills. She is known to wear many hats and seamlessly shift from one role to another.
Patrick McEachnie is the in-house coordinator at Cadence, as well as an educator, and a musician. Having spent 10+ years developing customer service, interpersonal skills, and the foresight needed to problem solve before problems even arise, he prides himself on his articulate and distinct sense of customer care. Never limited by past experiences, he rises to any challenge that lands on his plate at Cadence.
Alex Moulton is an in-house coordinator at Cadence, as well as a musician, writer, and filmmaker. With experience in customer service, mental health care, administration and communication, she has developed a broad skill set focusing on relationship-building. Being diligent and organized is something Alex takes pride in. She enjoys rising to the challenges work and life presents her. Always looking to learn, Alex approaches every day with a bright outlook and a readiness to use her skills and experience to problem-solve.
Michelle Winklaar is a certified coach, facilitator, and leadership thought partner that brings a uniquely broad and dynamic career experience to her client relationships. Michelle has over 25 years of experience in public and private sector senior leadership roles. She aims to help leaders achieve greater self-awareness, gain clarity and develop actionable steps towards reaching personal and professional goals.
Sean Lande brings over 15 years of experience guiding individuals towards the realization of their personal and professional goals. With experience as a coach, trainer, and business owner, Sean offers expert support related to physical presence, self-esteem, emotional health and relational intelligence. Throughout the years, Sean’s honesty, integrity and thoughtful attitude have made him sought after by individuals at the top of their fields, including business, medicine and law. Sean knows how to reach people and offer them the awareness they need to take the next step to where they want to be.
Willow Sprague is an Associate at Cadence. She brings a high relational IQ, a savvy of personnel dynamics, and strong communication skills to the team. She has experience in client relations, professional report writing, and public speaking. Willow loves people, and this drives her in our people-focused business. Willow writes 360 reports and supports the senior level coaches at Cadence.
Liane Ma is an Associate at Cadence. As a social worker, she brings her expertise in client-centered practice, trauma, facilitation among communities, and motivational interviewing to the team. Liane’s personal purpose is to empower clients, especially those from marginalized communities, to master all the facets of empathy for themselves, for others, and for their organization.
Senior Coaching Consultant
Stacey Shively is an organizational psychologist, leadership educator, and executive coach with over 25 years of experience developing leaders at all levels. She has extensive global experience, having developed over 25,000 leaders in 30 countries from the C-suite to the front lines. Her background in transformational learning, adult development, leadership, and organizational psychology makes her uniquely qualified to support leaders and organizations make lasting behavioral change. She is passionate about empowering people with the mindsets and skills they need to make a difference in their communities.
Senior Coaching Consultant
Harjit Singh Gill is a senior coach consultant for Cadence. Initially trained as a social worker, Harjit has worked in the healthcare and healthcare business fields for over 10 years, dedicated to supporting others to grow and thrive. Harjit’s experiences as a therapist, healthcare consultant, and hospital leader inform his work with clients. He draws upon these to aid in the particular professional development goals and needs of each individual.

Monica Krock brings almost two decades of experience guiding individuals and groups through the realization of their personal and professional goals. With her experience as a coach, teacher and business owner, Monica offers expert support related to physical presence and managing the sympathetic nervous system response.
