President & CEO
Aram Arslanian is a coach, facilitator, and counsellor with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals and groups in their development. He has worked globally with leaders and their teams, from the C-suite to the front lines. His background in business and counselling makes him uniquely qualified to support professional development. In this regard, each of these areas informs his work with clients: He knows what it takes to lead, understands the human dynamics involved and has the skills necessary to inspire through communication.
Director of Operations
Jeri Tordoff is the Director of Operations for Cadence. She possesses a keen attention to detail and prides herself on her excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. With over 15 years of administrative and managerial experience, Jeri’s expertise in client liaisons, scheduling, correspondence and project coordination is instrumental in building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients.
Creative Content Manager
Tami Levy is the Creative Content Manager. She’s a super multitasker with a creative eye for detail and design, thriving on developing and cultivating a strong and uniform aesthetic. She has extensive experience in Client Relations and Project Management, with a proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships. Tami possesses Brand Management and Development skills, as well as day-to-day scheduling and administrative skills. She is known to wear many hats and seamlessly shift from one role to another.
Michael Wright is an executive coach, facilitator, and former attorney with 20 years of experience. With early training in social work, he began his career dedicated to supporting individual and organizational transformation. He has been a trusted advisor to senior UN officials, business executives, and nonprofit leaders. Regardless of who he is working with, his center of gravity is the client and their move toward growth and change. He knows this is where lasting impacts begin in individual lives, communities, and organizations.
Sean Lande brings over 15 years of experience guiding individuals towards the realization of their personal and professional goals. With experience as a coach, trainer, and business owner, Sean offers expert support related to physical presence, self-esteem, emotional health and relational intelligence. Throughout the years, Sean’s honesty, integrity and thoughtful attitude have made him sought after by individuals at the top of their fields, including business, medicine and law. Sean knows how to reach people and offer them the awareness they need to take the next step to where they want to be.
Willow Sprague is a Junior Associate at Cadence. She brings a high relational IQ, a savvy of personnel dynamics, and strong communication skills to the team. She has experience in client relations, professional report writing, and public speaking. Willow loves people, and this drives her in our people-focused business. Willow writes 360 reports and supports the senior level coaches at Cadence.
Patrick McEachnie is the in-house coordinator at Cadence, as well as an educator, and a musician. Having spent 10+ years developing customer service, interpersonal skills, and the foresight needed to problem solve before problems even arise, he prides himself on his articulate and distinct sense of customer care. Never limited by past experiences, he rises to any challenge that lands on his plate at Cadence.
Harjit Singh Gill is a coach consultant for Cadence. Initially trained as a social worker, Harjit has worked in the healthcare and healthcare business fields for over 10 years, dedicated to supporting others to grow and thrive. Harjit’s experiences as a therapist, healthcare consultant, and hospital leader inform his work with clients. He draws upon these to aid in the particular professional development goals and needs of each individual.
Christopher Horsethief is an educator and organizational theorist specializing in complex adaptive systems, collectively intelligence and post-traumatic community resilience. For 25 years he has facilitated field analysis of the relationship between culture and communication, documenting the organizational challenges to leaders in a world increasingly connected by tech and under constant tension. His goal is to explore connective leadership strategies that empower followership to reach new capacities.
Creative Consultant - Videographer
Tim J McLeod joins Cadence as a creative consultant and in-house videographer. He’s been working in video and post-production for the past 10 years. In that time, he’s developed technical skill in production, editing, graphic animation and visionary storytelling. He prides himself on precise execution for each project and is able to pivot and problem solve quickly and creatively to achieve innovative, thoughtful and eye catching content.
Creative Consultant – Podcast Sound Engineer
David Larson is a podcaster, author and screenwriter. He joins Cadence as a creative consultant and podcast sound engineer, helping to create the Cadence Leadership podcast. He brings years of experience in the music and film industries to the table with both recording and episode development.
